Yoga classes

WITH Mélanie Humbert

Mélanie Humbert is a certified yoga teacher with 200 hours of training and 9 years of experience practicing yoga. Her yoga journey began in 2014 when she actively sought an alternative to conventional sports. While most sports typically prioritize the body over the mind, yoga does the opposite. As a way to stay physically fit and grounded, it's safe to say that yoga exceeded her expectations. Since then, yoga has become a significant part of her life, allowing her to enhance her connection with her body and achieve a heightened sense of awareness overall. She learned to cultivate patience and became a more resilient individual in the process. For all these reasons, she's confident that yoga can greatly benefit anyone who wishes to participate. Since 2022, she gives yoga classes at Manayoga, specifically targeting runners and people who do a lot of sports and focusing on distress and relaxation yoga.
